Welcome to our volunteer information page!
Each year we require our Volunteers to complete mandatory background checks, concussion training and safety training. In addition we ask our Managers & Coach Assistants complete an additional First Aid training. Of course all volunteers are welcome to the extra trainings.
With our Coach Training, we hold a required in-person coach training day. The training is helpful in working with our coaches on what to expect at each level in terms of practices, games, skill sets, goals for the season and more.
You may complete your required background check , abuse awareness and concussion training once you have registered as a coach. If you have completed concussion training prior to our league, and have a certificate that is within one year, you may submit it to league official.
Background Check:
ALL Volunteers must complete a background check through our website & background check provider (JDP). Register as a volunteer for the position you desire. Once submitted, a league official will submit your application to our background check provider company, JD Palentine. After the league submits you will receive an email from JDP with league logo, asking you to finalize our background check. You may inquire with league officials about the status of your background check at any time.
